The official start of spring is less than one week away {yippee}. In order to welcome the new season in style, I’ve already been incorporating bright colors and fun patterns into my wardrobe. Of all of the options that are out there, my obsession this year is floral print. I just can’t seem to get enough of it!
While floral doesn’t fall under the approved dress code at Yelton Fine Jewelers, if you see me outside of work, I promise, I’ll be blooming. To complete my perfect spring look, you better believe I’ll be adding a layer of bling. From to floral dresses, to garden inspired earrings, here are the spring looks that I love for 2017 …
Bohemian Blooms
I am so glad that the bohemian look is sticking around for another season. Maybe I do have a little hippie in me after all. I love this blue floral blouse from Nordstrom because it delivers both fashion, and comfort. As for a jewelry pairing, it’s almost a no brainer. No boho outfit is complete without a cuff bracelet and no surprise, Tacori has come through for us once again.
Spring Sophistication
What’s not to love about this floral shift dress from Nordstrom? It’s so versatile. Add a cami and pumps for a sophisticated work look, or rock it with a denim blazer and flats to keep it casual. And, the Tacori earrings! Talk about eye candy. Not only do they deliver an elegant sparkle, they also complement the blue tones in this dress so beautifully.
Go With The Flow
When that summer breeze kicks in, you’re going to want to reach for this flowy skirt from ASOS. It’s like wearing freedom {ahhhh}. To complement the organic look and feel of this skirt, I recommend these stunning drop earrings from the Simon G Garden collection. They’ll quickly become a staple in your spring wardrobe.
Casual Chic
I’m in love with this floral bomber jacket, and believe it or not, it’s from Target. Of course, they would! It’s so chic; yet still delivers that laid back look that’s perfect for running errands on the weekend. Since the jacket already has so much to offer, I recommend pairing it with a simple diamond pendant for just the right amount of shine.
Not Just For Ladies
Guys, just because I’m talking floral doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the fun. Peruse the dress shirts next time you’re at a department store and I guarantee you’ll find plenty of subtle, floral patterns that you’ll actually like. Add a luxury timepiece, like this Stainless Steel Watch from Tissot and you’ll be ready to dominate the boardroom, or date night.
Spring is almost here, so let’s start dressing like it! If you have a spring look that you need help completing stop by Yelton Fine Jewelers to see me. I’ll help you find the perfect bling so that you can feel like you’re blooming too <3.
