This goes out to all of the mother’s out there, especially my own loving mom who has worked tirelessly to care for me, guide me, and support me. I would also like to give a special shout out to the mom’s at Yelton Fine Jeweler’s. You, your children, and your fur babies have become like family to me. You’re an inspiration and I feel so lucky to stand beside you, day in and day out.
Gina is the one that keeps the “Yelton Ship” together. Most people don’t see her on the sales floor, but behind the scenes she manages our orders and keeps our marketing plans on track! Her two amazing children, Audrey and Carter, keep her running back and forth between baseball and soccer fields. She also loves home improvement projects, which don’t drive her hubby crazy at all {wink}.
Megan H. has been a friend of ours for several years and last year, we finally convinced her to join the Yelton’s team. Her and her daughter, Jules, have tons of fun together. When she isn’t at work, you can find Megan building computers at her husbands business, on the sidelines of the soccer field, or traveling! I went to Boston with Megan this past September and let me tell ya … this girl is up for an adventure. I don’t think we missed a single inch of that city.
While Megan F. has only been with us a few months I can already tell that she is passionate about two things – jewelry and animals. She grew up on a farm where she learned all about hard work and compassion. This sweet horse, named Mick, is her precious baby! When Megan isn’t at Yelton’s, she enjoys spending time with her parents, caring for her animals, and outdoor adventures.
Elizabeth has been with us since January and she fits right in. She’ll be tying the knot in October, so currently Elizabeth and her loving kitty, Lola, are busy with wedding plans! I’m not sure if the kitty has been asked to walk down the aisle or not, maybe you can ask her next time you see her on our sales floor?! When Elizabeth isn’t at work, she loves to work on her bench at home and is continuing her education through GIA.
Lynette has been with YELTON for 10 years! WOW, time flies! She is a dedicated animal lover, featured here with her pup, Morpheous. With a total of four fur babies at home, Lynette and her husband stay very busy. Sometimes when you walk by her bench at Yelton’s you’ll see a little puppy tail sticking out near her feet {adorable}. When she’s not at work you can find Lynette playing golf, disc golf, or watching hockey.
Lesley is another jewelry veteran who has been with us for 5 years! Currently she’s our Shop Assistant but this summer she’ll be furthering her education to become an official Goldsmith here at Yelton’s! We’re so excited for her, and her adorable kitty cat, Marshmallow. Outside of work Lesley helps to support her family business, enjoys playing disc golf with Lynette, and also sings Karaoke at the Village Tavern on Wednesdays. Make sure to tell her that I sent ya {wink wink}.
Whether your babies are two, or four-legged, I’m hoping that all of my fellow moms have an amazing Mother’s Day. May it be full of laughter, some pampering, and loving snuggles.
