We’re having our first ever Estate Jewelry Event at Yelton Fine Jewelers.

Some of the merchandise has already arrived and I’ve been floored by how amazing they are. Which reminds me that I have a confession. Often times I get so obsessed with chasing the latest designs that I forget to look back. To appreciate the old.

With all of these estate pieces at the store I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to revisit trends from previous years, and even previous decades. I’ve gotten lost imagining the original owner, their story, and what the jewelry meant to them. Plus, the craftsmanship. Stunning.

Of everything that we have received so far, I have to say that these sapphire rings are my favorite. There is something about the vintage designs combined with the colorful gemstones. So rich, so beautiful.

The other pieces that I am gravitating towards are those incorporating naturally colored diamonds. When Trent was born JoAnn and Roy gifted me a beautiful pair of yellow diamonds earrings. I’ve sought them out ever since and these necklaces are definitely fueling that love.

• March 8^th through 10^th: Repairs will be offered at a discount of 10%*
