A Weekend of Matrimony & Mother’s Day

Ladies {and ahem, gents} Mother’s Day is just around the corner! Good thing because I always need a little extra love to get through these last few weeks of school. #wevegotthis

This year Mother’s Day is going to be extra special for our family because my momma is getting married! On Friday, I’ll be stepping away to celebrate my mom and her new husband, Eddie. On Saturday, after the lovebirds have said “I do”, I’ll be back in the store ready for all of your hubbies and kiddos as they set out to find the perfect Mother’s Day gift.

If you’re not exactly sure what to ask for this year, I’ve got a couple of ideas {wink, wink}. First of all, you have to make your way to Club 925 to check out our latest collection from John Hardy. We’re in love with these pieces and know that you will be too!

One thing that weighs over my head when I buy new clothes, jewelry, and other accessories is the impact on the environment. Well my friends, this collection is handmade in Bali and is designed with the eco-conscious in mind. Their bamboo line plants new bamboo trees with every single purchase. On top of that they offer a work-from-home program for their artisans which allows women to be home with their children while also earning additional income for their families. What could be more perfect for Mother’s Day than a gift that gives back to another Mom?!

Along with all of the amazing bling in our showcases we’ll also have Megan from Daisy Janes Flower Truck here! If you’ve yet to catch this adorable little truck driving around town you’ll definitely want to swing by. Megan will be here starting at 10AM and will stick around until the flowers are gone. Tell your hubby he’ll get a free bouquet with his jewelry purchase! Flowers will also be available separately as well.

Whether you have big plans, or just something relaxing with your main squeeze I hope you all have an amazing Mother’s Day! I’ll be looking for all of your hubbies in the store on Saturday and am prepared to drop some major hints.
